Return / Privacy Policy

Return Policy:

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to remedy the problem.  All items purchased from Theoriginaltreeswing.com are eligible for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase (minus shipping & specials).  

Returned items must be in new, unused and resalable condition with all of the original packaging and tags attached.

To arrange a return please call or email us to receive a return authorization number (RA).  This number helps us keep track of your return and ensure that a proper refund, credit, or exchange is issued.  

Except in the case of damaged merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment.

A $5.00 fee will be applied for all items that require new tags and / or packaging.

When setting up shipping for your return please use a trackable carrier like USPS Priority mail, UPS, or Fedex and ensure that your RA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
