Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Be in the same condition as when received
- Be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging
- Include your order number and/or the name used to place the order

Damages and Issues
We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at bill@theoriginaltreeswing.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Gift cards
- Hanging hardware items

Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at bill@theoriginaltreeswing.com. The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
